Stephen brings deep experience in global operations, transformation, and building high-performing teams.

Eric is a seasoned leader and operator with deep experience across Big-4, financial services, life sciences, and nonprofit. He has held senior roles at Deloitte, EY, IBM, and Thomson Reuters, where he led strategic initiatives, operational redesigns, and complex multi-country operations and programs. Eric brings strategic, analytical, and execution-focused leadership across complex organizations and programs.

Cherry is an experienced accounting and operations leader with a background overseeing finance teams, payroll, compliance, and HR administration across multiple industries. She has managed end-to-end accounting functions, supported regulatory requirements, and led teams responsible for daily financial operations. Cherry brings the practical, detail-focused, people-centered leadership needed to run high-performing delivery teams and ensure consistent execution across BOSS's Philippines operations.
